In order to lose weight:

1. Eat when hungry and stop when full.
2. Question the voice that says "I am Hungry".
3. Re-inhabit your body. There was a time when (perhaps) losing touch with your body was necessary in order to survive.
Now, it's time to come back. 
4. Feel the body, feel the hunger, feel the satiety, feel all those "named as" negative emotions - like anger & fear.
Start feeling and question your thoughts.
